Q4: Does WPC fade?
A:All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.
Q5: How to store WPC decking?
A: WPC decking is much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.
Q6: Is WPC decking easy to install?
A:Definitely yes. WPC decking is very easy to install. We provides installation instruction and installation video to ensure the success installation. We are pretty sure that our products can meet your DIY request.

Q9: What's the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is about 10 days after receiving your deposit payment.
Q10: How can I order samples?
A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.
So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don’t have any, we’ll advise you to prepay the money by Paypal, T/T, then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then.
Q11: What about the warranty?
A: We have strict and formal quality control and so we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition.
Within 15 days when customers receive the goods please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
Q12: How to pay for the products?
